LIVESTREAM TROUBLESHOOTING

BE SURE TO TEST THE LIVESTREAM ON FRIDAY BETWEEN NOON AND MIDNIGHT. THIS WILL ELIMINATE FRUSTRATION FOR YOU DURING THE ACTUAL CONFERENCE.

  1. If the livestream will not play for you, try another browser. (Safari, Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox)
  2. If the livestream is playing and then stalls, it could be your internet connection. Try unplugging your router, give it a few minutes and plug it back in again.
  3. Try closing your browser, open it back up and try again.
  4. In the unlikely event there are technical issues on our end, please give it a few minutes and check again. We will work to get it back up as fast as possible.
  5. If all else fails, ask your grandchild to help. 🙂
